Breaking down nutrition in an understandable, "digestible" way (pun intended!)
"Change your body, change your life!" Yes, I could not agree more! I am so glad to hear a podcast hosted by a naturopath who can really break down the nitty-gritty facts about nutrition and what all those crazy ingredients on your food labels actually mean! Thank you, Stephen! I love the quote from Kyle Brown about food, "The closest it is to its natural state, the better!" It's so simple yet often forgotten. Now as a vegan I cannot support eating whey protein but I really appreciate the way that Kyle breaks down the differences between these types of protein so that people can have a true understanding of what they are being sold at every health food store. I look forward to hearing more episodes!Read full review »

We’re preparing to sail around the world, which means we’ll have to stay fit on a sailboat. What a great podcast for learning exercises to do by using our body weight while on a boat. We’re all about being sustainable - money, mental, and health. Love your show. Thanks! KeepYourDaydream Podcast.

I first got turned onto Stephen from his book, "A Man's Guide To Muscle and Strength" as I was looking for a book of not only routines for the gym, but a more comprehensive look at overall health. Since then, I've been reading his stuff. So glad he how has a podcast to follow.Read full review »
