You’ve been lied to!
A bit of advice to you if your thinking of downloading this podcast. DO IT. However, don’t binge listen to it, or any other of their shows. I have caught up to all of Ray and Cams' content and now I’m bored and all other podcasts by history nerds don’t hold up to their hilarious content. This show is a little bit more serious than Caesar or Alexander, but the content is far more complex, though still has a great balance of information and comedy. I grew up being fed the Capitalist pigs version revised history version of the cold war and I have to say this podcast has really opened my mind, giving the point of view from the USSR’s angle which I had never thought about before. Am I turning into a commie? Or have we all been lied to? Outside of ww1 and 2, I’m not very interested in 20th Century history, but definitely glad I gave this podcast a shot and now I’m hooked. These guys even have me bursting out laughing at work leaving my clients baffled and uneasy. So jump on board and maybe even donate so Ray and Cam can become full time podcast Tycoons.Read full review »

This time it’s The Cold War, contemporary history for which they can not only rely on their own memories and experiences as primary sources, they are bound to become playmakers as the story continues to...Read full review »
