As a Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach and Confidence Coach, I have learned a LOT about what my clients fear. It comes out as a desire to lose weight, get healthy or get fit. But what's underneath all of that is a fear that drives the decision making car into the proverbial tree (hello self-sabotage).  In this episode, I talk about how to put fear in the backseat instead of letting it drive. We'll take a hard look at making the switch to making decisions from a place of SELF and BODY respect.
