Unless yo're a total beginner there becomes a point where personal training is a waste of money. Bottom Line. This eppisode is going to get a few backs up but understand that if you're the client and you're not getting the results you want it's because you dont have a system in place to educate you and keep you accountable for all the other hours that you're not with your PT... Its frustrating that even going to the gym, watching what you eat and being consistent isn't producing fast enough weight loss for the time and energy you're putting into your health. But a futher calorie deficit is the worst thing you could do, an extra gym session when your body is already exhausted is more likely to cause an injury then a result...
