Sometimes the hosts get in theri own way
There are a lot of wonderful things about this podcast--they have great suggestions and concrete suggestions. My issue is that sometimes the hosts just get in their own way--they have a very black and white view of things which is usually something I can sort of shrug off. However, there are times when they don't take into account that what doesn't work for them may work well for others. This could be anything from small technique or a popular wellness program, which they seem not to understand, but do nothing but condemn it (Which is a shame because this podcast and "the dubs" would go very well together).Read full review »

Brock is great but I find Monica annoying and patronising. Even the sound of her voice now is destined to annoy me. I’ve tried several of these programmes and Monica’s nutrition ones. But I find her biased. I prefer to listen to podcasts with either facts or balanced views.
