Superb Podcast
Can't recommend this podcast highly enough. Not only is it the best resource I've found on efficiently building exercise into a busy schedule (Lawrence is a huge advocate for HIT) but it has become so much more than that. Tons of interesting topics discussed, from workout techniques to emotional barriers to starting your own podcast. Would particularly recommend episode #36 for an amazing perspective on HIT training with a guy called Jay Vincent (a personal trainer and gym owner from NYC) and #38 with a guy called Tom Church which covers everything from marketing to investing to fulfillment in life. If you're stuck for ideas, start there! It's fascinating stuff :)Read full review »

Subjects that are interviewed are very informative, helpful and great choices for the HIT community. Your interview style, questions you ask, and allowing the person to answer these in enough detail is much appreciated. Keep up the great work!
