61. How to Overcome Fear of Your Body Changing
So many of you have been asking me how to overcome that fear around your body changing. As someone who has had to deal with this myself, I know this is definitely something we should be talking about. Even if you’ve been on your intuitive eating journey for a while, if you’re having a bad week with body image, it can be easy to go back to wanting to restrict, which can turn into getting into even more of a cycle of body dysmorphia.
So, I want to address some common fears people may have around their bodies changing, and what you can do to shift your mindset if these fears come up.
