Expression of Depression
What started out as a fascination of the male's perspective on mental health ultimately became the human perspective. I came for what was novel and stayed for what was relatable. Intimidating subject matter became navigable. Shame became acknowledgement and ownership of one's true nature, which blossomed into acceptance of one's self. Along with all of this comes a great community that has been created across multiple platforms. One person did this and continues to do this and so whether you are here out of necessity or curiosity, it's your responsibility to use every tool at your disposal to better yourself and your fellow man if you know anyone else who could benefit from this valuable resource known as Scott Ste Marie. Whatever you do, bring tea. He loves tea. ;-)Read full review »

I love what Scott is doing here!! Would 100% recommend you check this podcast out...I’ve watched his YouTube channel for years and am psyched that we have some long form content from him now too!

Mental health is still not normalized, a lot of people suffer from anxiety, depression, etc. And Scott helps to open people’s minds and talk about these topics in a raw manner. He helped me a lot with my social anxiety, is a MUST podcast.

I listened to the Anxiety because of COVID-19 video twice. This guy is a great advocate for fighting mental illness and depression. Eating disorder? I think this topic is getting more and more prevalent. Can’t wait to listen to the new podcast episode!
