Love this podcast & can’t wait for the cookbook!
This is a really down to earth podcast. Megan keeps it real with her audience and allows you to forget the diet and focus on mental adjustments. She realizes the little things add up and to do it over time. It’s been really helpful for me listening and digesting this information. Can’t wait to get more information and try some of her recipes in her cookbook.
