Multiple listens per episode
I haven't had the experience in a while of wanting to immediately repeat an episode I just finished. I've listened to two episodes and learned so much in a way that I think will actually shift the way I move in the world. I came to the realization not too long ago that I in general feel quite mentally fine when I'm not committed to a long term job. They would get a lot farther with sharing their knowledge if they didn’t speak arrogantly, like they know everything. Mind you, neither of them are mental health professionals so I’m unsure on what qualifies them to make this podcast.
