What is natural healthy body weight? Well it isn’t just a number on the scales, and it might not even give you the perfect body mass index (BMI). BMI and healthy weight charts are just a guide—they are not the absolute correct targets for all of us. Your natural healthy body weight is the weight you are at when you are eating nourishing food, and mostly eating when you are hungry and stopping before you are full. Our weight is dependent upon our genetics and other lifestyle choices too, which I address in this episode too.
