This is something I see in the intuitive eating space a lot, and I’m here to say that pursuing health and intuitive eating are not mutually exclusive. In fact, the end goal of intuitive eating is health and eating in a balanced way. In this episode I share more about what diet PTSD is, and how you can work towards health goals and practice intuitive eating at the same time.   This podcast is for women who crave a new approach to health and want to get out of the rollercoaster of dieting.
