Accountability is often the first thing we ask some else for when we have a new goal. We ask our spouses "can you hold me accountable to not eat dessert after dinner" and we ask our friends to exercise with us to "hold us accountable".   And, as you'll hear in this episode, accountability is a vital part of reaching your goals. But, it can't be the only thing you rely on.
