These guys know cycling unlike any other coach or podcast personality. Their background as scientists brings more information that will make you head spin, but in a way anyone can understand it. They address many of the misconceptions most of us know is wrong and they fully explain why. Then explain what us right. Their deep dives into studies is astounding. They are pros.

If coaches can talk about cellar redox, AMPC, NADH and wavelength absortion and emission (photoelectirc effect) they leave out the quandum part on purpose and talk about real training gems and most of the time in a modest real way. The content here is a great wealth of information for endurance athletes and coaches out there. It is focused on the fundamentals of how our physiology works and its changes in response to exercise.

Kolie and Kyle make the science of endurance training super accessible. As a scientist is sport and performance, this is my go to for keeping up on material that is related to my work without having to wade through publications.
