Excellent material!
Eric is an excellent researcher, and you can see how much effort and interest he has in this topic. He goes into a level of details that, probably, not every climber wants to hear, but that I find so interesting, and educative. His approach to the topic is scientific, and careful, to the point that it sounds so logical that it's difficult not to follow his advices. I’ve been reading Eric Horst’s Training for Climbing book for over a year and building a training program on that basis. I can already see clear benefits. This podcast is the perfect supplement! Really detailed insight into a lot of the concepts in the book.
