Excellent material!
Eric is an excellent researcher, and you can see how much effort and interest he has in this topic. He goes into a level of details that, probably, not every climber wants to hear, but that I find so interesting, and educative. His approach to the topic is scientific, and careful, to the point that it sounds so logical that it's difficult not to follow his advices.
