Episode 344 Dr Dayspring
This was a great one Cynthia!! In spite of my triglycerides and hdl numbers being good, my total cholesterol and ldls have been a bit higher. After going through menopause, these numbers recently jumped even more and for the first time in my life, my doctor suggested a statin. I am a fit, 56 yr old woman who knows how to eat and train. Thank goodness for this podcast and the countless others you’ve recorded on cholesterol. They have helped me further research what tests might give more insight to my health. I recently ordered some lab work through Own Your Labs and am waiting on the standard lipid panel along with the Apo B and Lipoprotein (a). Thank you so very much. Monica Patterson Charlotte, NC

What a unique blend of co-hosts who blend functional nutrition with psychology to each episode. I love that they keep the episodes short so that you can learn the important health things in a short amount of time!
