I’ve listened to this episode 3 times. I am 50. I have hypothyroidism. I am in perimenopause. I have gained 46 pounds in 3 years. I am on HRT and I love it. I am on thyroid medicine. I love how you both simplified things for me. I have a new podcast to add to my library. Tyroid Fixer seems like it will be beneficial to my health podcasts. I have found that I listen mostly to Everyday Wellness because y’all cover it all. I am a recovering alcoholic. During my early sobriety, I learned how detrimental alcohol really is to our bodies. Do you mind doing a deep dive episode on that subject? It may help some listeners. Thanks for all y’all do!

What a unique blend of co-hosts who blend functional nutrition with psychology to each episode. I love that they keep the episodes short so that you can learn the important health things in a short amount of time!

This was a very eye opening podcast! Learning about the harmful effects of seed oils has inspired me to research further into this topic. It has also changed how I plan to order my food at restaurants, once we are able to dine in again. Thank you!
