I found your podcast when I was searching for interviews with Dr Sara Gottfried so I’ve been listening for a while. Thank you for bringing such helpful content to the mainstream. I love your guests, your questions, and I value your perspective. After hearing about how alcohol impacts many systems, I have gone long periods of time without it so thank you for drilling that message into my brain and asking your guests their opinions about alcohol as well. I was a regular red wine drinker and have had to cut this and caffeine out since entering perimenopause. Maybe I’ll be able to drink coffee and wine in my 70s:) I always learn something new or can validate my way of thinking through your podcast. I also appreciate you and your guests’ insights on BHRT. Thank you for supporting people to heal, be well, and thrive.

The hardest part of healthy living is getting your mind to commit to it. Your body can’t do anything if your mind isn’t “on board.” I think these hosts get that and that’s really important!
