Something for everyone!
I’m a big fan of FasCat podcasts because each one offers something I can use in my training or racing right away, and then something to think about for later. I’ve appreciated the little tips along with the broader explanations on a wide range of subjects. I’ve gone back and listened to several of them a second time as my cycling skills or interests change and some of the past information is suddenly very relevant to what I am doing. The podcasts are entertaining and inspiring, and Frank and his FasCat coaches are so knowledgeable, but also responsible about staying within their areas of expertise. Five big stars! A subject I’d like to hear more about is how to deliberately develop the mental side of training and racing. I’m pretty good at FTFP, but my plan is pretty thin on the mental side, and that has not served me very well for the most part. How do you get to a race feeling nervous and excited, but confident, and on occasion, confident you can win? What do you think about (or what should you think about) on the start line? How do youplan to win the mental game and what are the skills to get you there?

Great show great content but the volume on the show is messed up. One dude is talking like he is calling a golf match so you have to turn it up the others are fine but when you turn it up they are too loud. Increase his volume or have him lay off his “radio voice”.

Jackson and Coach Frank do an awesome job breaking down cycling training and do a comfortable discussion about a variety of aspects of the sport. They motivate me to get out on my bike and get stronger.
