This Sh*# Works
I’ve been working with coach Isaiah for about a year and a half. In that time I’ve learned how to train with power, increased my FTP by 15% (and still rising!), and most importantly have made consistent training and healthy eating part of my everyday lifestyle. The eating part has taken the longest…but suddenly I looked in the mirror and barely recognized the new me - 7 pounds lighter and happy to report a leaner and stronger physique. The holistic approach FasCat takes - while still pushing athletes and holding them accountable - is refreshing. And clearly, it works! A future topic I’d be interested in hearing about on the pod: Road racing tactics 101. I’m about to take the plunge into some one-day races, and coming from a triathlon background I could use some tips. - Christine from Albany NY

Jackson and Frank are very knowledgeable and experienced bike racers. I especially appreciate the information on proper nutrition. I’m also in the middle of FasCat Coaching’s resistance program and I already feel stronger on my bike.
