I’m so glad I found this. I’ve been struggling to figure out why my sugar levels were going up. I restrict my carbs to 20 max per day. I was totally unaware that I might be eating to much protein. This makes so much sense though. I work out every day, so I thought I needed to increase my protein intake. I’m going to use your calculations to figure out what I should be eating and take it from there. Thank you so much.
