This was inspired by a conversation with my business coach around how to show up as my best self for a Discovery Call. I was nervous, and breathing high in my chest, and my voice sounded even higher. After a coherent breathing pattern for about 10 minutes, I noticed I was calm, I was able to stay present, and I felt in control of the call.
