How often do we accept that something is unexplained? Just accept it?  Not very often, but it's huge with fertility. So many couples are told tai. the issue is unexplained, but this doesn't mean. there isn't a reason for not getting pregnant.  Its time to look deeper. This is something I am incredibly passionate about and I explain why. https://fertilityrewire.com

Fertility Massage Therapy is an incredible therapy, and works on a physical, emotional and sometimes on a spiritual level. I'll be honest, I didmd know a lot about surrogacy, and had only really heard stories regarding celebrity couples. September Burton from the Hawaii Surrogacy clinic reached out to me to ask to feature on the podcast, and I was intrigued to find out more, re surrogacy itself and also, the idea off surrogacy tourism. We hear increasingly about IVF tourism, although I accept, not at the moment as this was recored during the cover pandemic.

When you are trying for a baby, the actual act of trying can induce stress itself.  In this episode ~I discuss those fears and anxieties and how this can in fact negatively impact your chances of conception. And no please be rest assured that I am. not suggesting that you 'just relax'. We start to unpick the instinctive animalistic nature of procreation, that the design is to be driven by desire and being intone with our own cycle can help us get back to that.

Trying to be positive, is not downplaying your one pain. You wouldn't let a friend do that would you? I discuss comparison, empathy, sympathy, shame guilt, expectations, Brene Brown and share some tips to support you. It's OK not to be, It's OK!

Poly-cystic Ovary Syndrome, PCOS, a huge subject. and so are the specific factors affecting its cause and management. It is hugely misunderstood and the emotional aspects of both its root and management are too often overlooked. I see huge similarities amongst my clients, with childhood messages and exactly what was said at diagnosis being key and the shaming and pressure that is often felt.

Vitamin D is responsible for so much more than Bones and Teeth. It is VITAl in fertility and is a test I suggest to all clients and for many it has indeed been deficient.I I share how I feel this should be offered as a general baseline to all couples trying to conceive, not just the 6 months or 1 year testing process, where you can get a home test,  I also share the FREE Fertility Test recommendation sheet For full episode details, follow this link

Future tripping is a great term, it is when our thoughts and emotions go free fall and take us into an imagined future that creates even more anxiety and worry. Its common in many, present in many of my fertility clients and to be honest in the current climate around Co-Vid 19 its more common. It can be triggered bu a need for certainty, a fear of the unknown, and could be caused by key experiences. But how do we deal with it and stay present, without fear? I'm glad you asked.

In the second interview with Barbara Scott we discuss Male factors in Fertility, how misleading the general tests are, how sperm parameters have changed drastically, how the DNA of the sperm and potential fragmentation is hugely affected and sadly overlooked. Increased testing, education re lifestyle changes if more readily available could make such a huge difference. There is some amazing information here and we barely scratched the surface.
