“I started listening to your podcasts a few weeks ago and they are exactly what I was looking for!! I listen to them while I'm jogging and it keeps me focused on my goals and keeps me motivated. Also, I learned a lot more than I expected to about how to lose weight the healthy way and WHY it is so important to be knowledgeable on the subject. I listened to almost all of the "top podcasts" in the health section and I thought they were way too cheesy, boring and/or annoying. I really like Fit Girl because she is straightforward and tells you what you need/want to know without wasting your time.”
