Kira Langolf presents sound nutritional and weight loss information in a consistant podcast. The show has good sound quality and Kira's delivery is clear and professional. Each episode consists of segments on nutrition, exercise, and motivation. This is a great resource if you are looking for inspiration as well as good, solid information. My highest recommendation!
