I am looking for a fitness podcast, but I cannot stand to listen to a full episode of this. The droll is nauseating. Couldn't stand it for more than 5 minutes.

I am a huge fan! I work out regularly and find these podcasts so informative. There is so much fitness and nutrition info from basic to advanced. I sometimes listen when I'm doing cardio and it totally gets me through the time. I also love the audio workouts on her website.

I am gym rat through and through and love the information Kira provides, but sometimes I dread listening to her voice! I'm not trying to be mean, but it sounds like she has a wad of flem stuck in the back of her throat all the time..kinda gross!
