Thank you for making this
Thank you so much for putting together such a well-researched and still so approachable show that answers so many questions I felt no one else had addressed so comprehensively. My special thanks to Juna for being so willing to share her experiences with disordered eating. As someone who has struggled with this, it is so validating to hear someone else who has felt those emotions and thought those thoughts, and to hear them learn to move forward. Keep up the good work, and I look forward to a Season 2!

Hearing Noom as a sponsor for this podcast is horrible. ‘Healthy Lifestyle’ is just another sneaky disguise for diets. Categorizing food = diet. A podcast about diets not working and yet promoting a diet...Very confusing messages.
