Not what I was expecting
I could see how this info could be good for people with very little nutritional knowledge, but I had much higher hopes for it. Speaking as a woman who has dealt with disordered eating and food anxiety (like Yuna), this podcast definitely does not come across as anti-diet culture. Telling us “what you should eat” and the emphasis on whole foods supports a good/bad dichotomy, even after it’s debunked. Any convo around food should be focused on body image, society, emotions, etc. bc those influence what we eat sooo much deeper. Also let’s not forget the Noom sponsorship...

I think this is a great podcast! High production value, fun people, and still really informative. Health is a big priority of mine going into the new year and I think this podcast will be able to help support my efforts surrounding it :)
