I love this podcast
I have a lot of fun listening to these two and I do feel like the info is presented to me in a way that my brain registers as opposed to the mega amounts of misinformation from toxic diet culture.

Why? How can what sounds like an intelligent girl the word “like” be used in every thought she has? Listening is irritating to hear a filler word every time she opens her mouth.

I read all the 1 Star reviews and think they’re completely unfair. They are promoting a healthy lifestyle in the podcast and contrary to what you may read the hosts have been very sensitive to food related illnesses and stigmas.

So far, it is okay. I’m not sure I have learned a lot but doesn’t hurt to brush up. I’m walking when I listen to it. Thing that I wish wasn’t happening is June being too juvenile. I want it to be interesting and fun but she is over the top and I feel like it’s wasting important time.
