Good info but bad image
The information presented is good and easy to understand, but I find Juna’s seriously bad relationship with food very off putting. We all struggle, but she projects her struggle on to everyone. She’s probably delightful in person, but in the context of this podcast, she comes off as annoying. And girl, please. Stop beating yourself up over “bad food”.

food issues? not me! via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 12/26/19
This podcast has an overall good message and I think it is much different from run of the mill diet culture. However, Noom is just run of the mill diet culture in different packaging. It goes against the central message of the podcast itself.
