Absolutely awesome interview!
Loved loved loved the episode, “How music, intensity, and mindset effect your mood after your workout!”. I loved the guest and I related to every word she said I immediately bought her book, “Joy of Movement.” I can’t wait to read it! Thank you Emily for a fantastic interview!
