I’m binging this podcast
I found this podcast a couple of weeks ago while looking up information on Calabrese food (my dad was born there). I then listened to another and another and another and so on! Really interesting stuff. I consume A LOT of food media and this is some of the best I’ve come across. Only complaint is that I want longer episodes! That can’t be a bad thing. Keep up the good work. P.S. Great stuff about Calabria! I’ll take all of that ya got! Maybe something about La Sila, which is where m dad is from (San Giovanni In Fiore). I feel like that might be Europe’s least known mountain range! Also “home” to A LOT of Italian Americans and Italian Canadians.
