I've only listented to the CAGED lesson so far and it has been a great supplement to what I already more or less understood. Being self-taught, it's great to hear validation that what I know isn't completely wrong, but even better is learning new stuff on top of that. In my case, making chord transitions more natural by using CAGED chords (ala Jack and Diane) and the relationship to arpeggios with my chords. Very helpful, thanks!
