For the last three weeks, I have been exploring different ways of engaging with nature. The types of activity I have tried can be split into 4 categories: wild, restoration, domestic and digital. All these four categories when combined can help us to reconnect with nature daily. The most important aspect is that it is part of our routine to bring nature back into our life for a happier living.
