“I’m an early riser, going to the gym and lifting heavy. For years I’ve had a cup of coffee and out the door I went, eating hours later.
But after listening to todays podcast I’m going to make a point of eating something small before I train. I understand it will take a few weeks before my body is hungry, but it will be worth having the extra energy my body needs.
