After buying one of her books for my fitness journey, then getting my exercise nutrition certification, I began to look for more and more facts, strategies, and resources. Although I am fairly new to the podcast, I love the fact that I can listen to and from work. This is solid info, based on years of experience and research. I wonder about one thing, though. Could you say it is for the 40 plus crowd, instead of 40 something? I am 50+ cross-fitter and listen weekly. I realize that I am in the invisible age group by how people treat me lately and it’s frustrating. Fitness is forever! It’s just a small change in wording… Thanks for considering.
