I will start by saying that I found this podcast in my search to change my lifestyle for my HEALTH and not to lose weight. I’m a very thoughtful and feeling person, but not much of a doer, so this podcast being a lot of thought and feeling work really resonates with me. I don’t actually do any of the assignments she suggests but I heighten my awareness around whatever the topic might be and that by itself has transformed the way I eat and I lost 8 lbs within a week of listening! The second week I fit into my pre pregnancy jeans. These are just side benefits but pretty remarkable. I will say that while I agree it is repetitive, it’s still important to acknowledge these patterns. Her delivery is quite dry and there’s not much personality coming through, but she is thorough and concise. Really appreciate this work!
