I'm not a runner, but love this Podcast
A little about me, I am not a runner, but have done some 5k's, walk/run, I have also signed up for a half marathon in June, and I workout at Burn Boot Camp. And I just turned 50 in November. I have been looking for a podcast about running and after listening for hours, trying to figure out if it was for me, I finally came across your podcast! I am enjoying your podcast so much, even though I am only on the 2nd episode, Run Stronger and Healthier Without Injuries "Spark Blueprint". Thank you for taking time to do the podcast and sharing your information. Can't wait to listen to see what is in storeRead full review »
