Awesome podcast, stitches all my loose ends
Like many runners, I read lots of books, watched plenty youtube videos, practice yoga for runners, see Physio Therapists, put concepts in practice but this podcast stitched a lot of these things together into a whole that make a whole lot of sense 🙂 Super well explained. There were some "loose ends" in my comprehension of some things which are getting ironed out. I had many exercises from my PT that matched what the podcast's saying but they never explained it as well: it's true: we are always on one foot, it totally makes sense to make sure we're balanced. For me, it makes me much more involved into making sure I do my PT exercises if I intuitively understand why I'm doing it. It totally drives my commitment to actually DO them ("buy in" vs "being told"). We pay to get our tires balanced, the least we could do is to make sure our body is L/R balanced, aha. It's honestly the best podcast I've run into (I searched for "training tips half marathon" and found your podcast and then went one after another, after another, and now started from episode 1 and moving up). So great, thank you for all of that! I highly recommend it!Read full review »

I have been looking for a podcast about running and after listening for hours, trying to figure out...Read full review »

I started the year having IT band pain with any run over 4 miles. I found this podcast while I was injured and frustrated. 4 months later I’m pain free and just finished my first Half Marathon. Lots of great advice and strategies for runners looking at ways to stay pain free and healthy.
