Positive Female Role Models & Podcast Pioneers
This podcast is something I listen to without fail asap any & every time a episode drops. Both hosts speak their minds and are transparent with their own lives in such a raw and vulnerable way. They discuss issues a lot of people are afraid to touch on without scrutiny. Both are no stranger to childhood trauma and they at times discuss different ways mental illness has affected their lives whether it was someone close to them struggling or personal to them. Which makes their opinions on the topics so much more authentic as oppose to listening to someone tell you text book ways how to navigate through such things, who has only educated their self on such topics & hasn't lived through them. Despite living lives that haven’t been easy… they always find a way to laugh about the hysterics & will make you laugh too. The friendship they have, without being in it, is clear to see that each woman is the ying to the others yang. & it’s no mystery why they go together so well. Without a doubt this podcast and these ladies have saved my life in some of my darkest times. Times I felt alone & my own mental illness had me isolated… I’d put them on & pushed myself to keep going. I turn 28 in October. Honestly, I’m more at peace with growing older & feel assured by these women now that my 30’s are gonna be lit LOL. Nobody in this life is perfect & we all make mistakes. They remind us that holding yourself accountable & allowing growth are not only amazing things but requirements in this life. I love these ladies with all my heart. & I’ll forever be grateful they decided to take their personal porch discussions to a podcast platform to share with the world.Read full review »

This is the realest podcast I’ve come across. Crystal’s humor about her dad makes me grateful I can laugh at my similar situations with my mentally insane father. Please discuss the movie blindspotting!!!
