Best friend in your pocket
Sarah May is like your best friend who has a degree in humanity with a minor in kindness. I listen to at least one of her episodes a day and replay my favorites. They ground me, inspire me, make me think, and more than once have eased my anxiety. The best part about Sarah May's advice? It's non-pretentious. She is so accessible and no matter where you are in life you can find wisdom in her words. She's positive but not in a hokey way. Her genuineness radiates through this podcast and I am so glad I found it!Read full review »
