The Ripple Effect
I have quickly become a dedicated fan of your podcasts ! I am not a competitive athlete but I am a 55 year old athletic female who has been a dedicated mountain biker for the past decade. I have participated in introducing many other women to this wonderful sport as a means of helping them stay fit both mentally and physically in the best place possible ......nature ! I have struggled with most of the menopausal symptoms that have been identified and discussed on your podcasts and I have continuously laughed out loud when I hear the discussions around these challenges. You said it best many times - it just seems to be something that isn’t discussed much so we go through it mostly alone !! The ripple effect for me is that I am taking something from each and every guest speaker that you have on your show and making some small but significant changes in my own life as well as sharing this information with friends on a daily basis. Many of them have also now become dedicated listeners !! Thank you for taking the time to share your wisdom, experiences and your many contacts. It has been so beneficial but also extremely enjoyable and fun 😄 Sherri from the Turkey Point Mountain Bike Club in Southwestern Ontario

I’m new to listening to podcasts, but I found this a fascinating listen. So much of what was discussed resonated with me, and has given me some hope that I can continue to be a competitive athlete.
