She has great guests and solo shows acknowledging the tough situations many women go through in a battle with their bodies. She is realistic that exercise and movement are a great part of life and can be a part of your wholesome life.

Listening to Sarah’s podcasts feel like a warm cosy, comforting blanket that is able to gently reassure you through your journey of recovery. She has such a calming tone with so much understanding and knowledge. I genuinely can not recommend this enough. Thank you Sarah.
