I love that I am being presented with facts and then allowed to figure out what is best for me in my life with the facts that are presented. This is a great podcast and I listen to a lot of health podcasts. Like the emphasis on evidence based info and clarity in the messaging. I also appreciate that I don’t feel like I’m getting sold on supplements and programs as I’m listening.
