This is a great podcast and I listen to a lot of health podcasts. Like the emphasis on evidence based info and clarity in the messaging. I also appreciate that I don’t feel like I’m getting sold on supplements and programs as I’m listening.

I love the conversational approach Michael and Kate have to breaking down health and fitness assumptions. It feels like I’m sitting at brunch just chatting with them about the day’s topic. They are asking questions and seeking real answers here. Love it.

I love that I am being presented with facts and then allowed to figure out what is best for me in my life with the facts that are presented. I always leave each episode feeling educated and empowered to make small incremental changes that will improve my overall health. If you want a magic diet...Read full review »

Kate and Michael are like listening to friends you trust. Great evidence based info that help you feel like you can navigate through noise out there in the fitness world.

I’ve followed Michael’s content for a while and he never fails to say it as it is. That transparency is often lacking in the fitness industry so this podcast (and his other content) is refreshing and greatly appreciated.

I enjoy listening and learning from this podcast each week. Episodes are the right combination of conversation, statistics, forward thinking and entertainment.

Having followed Mich’s content for a few years now I was really excited at the thought of a podcast co-hosted by him. Suffice to say this pod really does live up to the expectations, and not only brings refreshing takes to the table but also in a simple to understand format.

Really informative and interesting! The hosts seem to really care about giving the most accurate information to people, and about what they do job wise. Loved it!

What a great message being sent out to people of all ages. I’m often tired of being asked if I’m disappointed in how I look and that I should be doing something about it, so it’s refreshing to listen to a more uplifting message encouraging a more realistic and healthier approach to looking after...Read full review »

The fitness world is filled with dangerous information so it's always challenging to find people/shows that actually have the listeners best interests at heart. Glad I found this show - the hosts are a brilliant at breaking down complex subjects and busting many of the myths in this space....Read full review »

Always a great listen! The episode with Dr Giles has been my favourite so far. Keep up the great work, Kate & Michael.

I love these guys. It’s about time we had people telling the truth around fitness, health and well-being. With so many toxic “fitness influencers” out there it’s just so refreshing to have a podcast like this that speaks to those who are just trying to live their best lives and not made to feel...Read full review »

This is my podcast so I am extremely biased here, but I’ve loved creating this podcast and learning along the way! I hope everyone enjoys the show and, with our deep dives, I hope we can learn and grow together. Yours in health, Michael.

I love learning through podcasts and this one really packs a punch! I love it because the episodes are short and sweet but I still walk away learning a lot in that short amount of time without feeling like I need to commit to episodes that are hours long. Kate and Michael do a great job of...Read full review »

These two are clearly among the best in the fitness industry. Because they haven’t lost sight of what life is like when you don’t work in the fitness industry. Far too many voices get caught up in their own lives, they give advice that isn’t relatable—that’s not the case here. Debunking,...Read full review »

As this is my podcast, I’m clearly biased, but I absolutely love how much I learn in researching episodes and how much information we get to share in the recording process. Our goal is to tackle topics around which there is much controversy and confusion and discuss topics that help us be more...Read full review »

Kate and Michael work well together and they’re easy to listen to, which is really nice when you listen to somebody talk for 40+ minutes straight. I thought their topics of discussion were fun and different, and also not sensationalized, which is a breath of fresh air in the fitness podcast...Read full review »

Hosts don’t know each other well and their awkwardness is apparent. Sound quality inconsistent- Michael needs a proper Mike. And the Ozempic ep is hard to listen to as she reads out a lot of the script. But they are new to this and think this has potential. I like the positive approach to the...Read full review »

I love all things fitness, but this podcast is a bit different as it explores more than just working out and staying healthy. I’m learning new and interesting aspects of the vast world of fitness. It’s fun!

I’ve been following Kate for years and was so excited when she announced her podcast. She is incredibly well-researched and is a thought leader in her field (I actually hate that term but that’s what we’re using now-and Kate fits the bill!). In true Kate-style, the podcast presents issues with...Read full review »
