The fitness world is filled with dangerous information so it's always challenging to find people/shows that actually have the listeners best interests at heart. This is a great podcast and I listen to a lot of health podcasts. Like the emphasis on evidence based info and clarity in the messaging. I also appreciate that I don’t feel like I’m getting sold on supplements and programs as I’m listening.

I love the conversational approach Michael and Kate have to breaking down health and fitness assumptions. It feels like I’m sitting at brunch just chatting with them about the day’s topic. They are asking questions and seeking real answers here. Love it.
