Creating educated consumers
As this is my podcast, I’m clearly biased, but I absolutely love how much I learn in researching episodes and how much information we get to share in the recording process. Our goal is to tackle topics around which there is much controversy and confusion and discuss topics that help us be more educated consumers of fitness, nutrition, and health messaging.

Hosts don’t know each other well and their awkwardness is apparent. Sound quality inconsistent- Michael needs a proper Mike.
