Just what I needed
Some of my earliest memories are being in my grandmas kitchen and her talking about trying to lose weight and drinking Slimfast. I’ve done several diet programs and always gain the weight back. I now struggle with a thyroid autoimmune disease and it is so hard to lose weight. It really stresses me out because I have gained 30 pounds over the past 3 years. I hope to learn this intuitive eating so I can stop hating on my body and myself.
