Awesome!
I really enjoy this podcast. I appreciate that it's positive in tone without sugar-coating things. It's smart, but still accessible. One topic I would love for the hosts to address in an episode: how to navigate food restrictions that are ethics-based. Not just for vegetarians and vegans, but also cases where you want to boycott a company that produces food that you like, stuff like that. I think this can become a sneaky way to restrict, but also I wouldn't want to give up all ethical considerations when buying and eating food.Read full review »

It took me years to feel comfortable in my own body. For years l was considered plump, big as a cow etc. I was diagnosed with a rare type of diabetes in January 2015 called Hormonal Diabetes Type 2. I went from 215lbs to 157lbs in over3 years.

The 2 ladies on this podcast are knowledgable, non judgemental and really care about changing the way we see dieting, food, our bodies and our health.
