Worth the Listen
I love this podcast so much. The topics are essential to my recovery from dieting and body shame. I also love the interactive activities because it takes real work to integrate the ideas. The hosts are wonderful and easy to follow and relate to. Honestly, I listen to the podcast almost daily.

I love Lauren and Jenna. They’re down to earth and relatable, but also consistent in their mission to educate and “gently nudge” listeners in the right direction with a myriad of food and body issues.
